Independent Inspection Services derived its name based on the fact that we conduct our home and commercial inspections "independent" of outside influences. We conduct unbiased independent inspections with consistency every time. As Sergeant Joe Friday from the old TV show Dragnet used to say, "Just the facts, ma'am."
